Rakefire is band from CT who formed in 2018. Rakefire play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, metal, and noisecore within their sound. Musically, Rakefire can be loosely compared to bands such as Vein, Axis, Fuming Mouth, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2018, Rakefire have released a digital single titled Let Me Sleep in April of 2018 and a second digital single titled Dearth in April of 2018. This is the band's debut EP, which was released on May 29th, 2019. On their debut EP, Rakefire offer up five tracks of chaotic, volatile, and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, metal, and noisecore. Overall, Rakefire's debut EP makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
