Gouge Out is a three piece band from Toronto, Ontario who formed in 2018. Gouge Out play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, metal, and mathcore within their sound. Musically, Gouge Out can be loosely compared to bands such as Achilles, Breather Resist, Engineer, Botch, Axis, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2018, Gouge Out have released a digital single titled Capitoline in November of 2018 and a digital single titled Flood Myth in March of 2020. Introspection Rundown is the band's latest EP, which was released on March 13th, 2020. On Introspection Rundown, Gouge Out offer up five tracks of brutal and volatile as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, metal, and mathcore. Overall, Introspection Rundown makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!'
