Pure Adult is a band from Brooklyn, New York who formed in 2018, from the looks of things. Pure Adult play a sassy and unhinged style of music that incorporates elements of post punk, post rock, noise rock, and garage rock. Musically, Pure Adult can be loosely compared to bands such as USA Nails, Idles, The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Jesus Lizard, Wipers, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2018, Pure Adult have released a two song EP titled Casual Animal/Sex Plan in August of 2019. This is Pure Adult's debut full-length LP, which was released on September 2nd, 2019. On their self-titled debut, Pure Adult offer up six tracks of sassy and unhinged sounding post punk, post rock, noise rock, and garage rock. Overall, Pure Adult's debut LP makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
