Cyttorak is a three piece band from Prvovidence, Rhode Island who formed in 2017, from the looks of things. Cyttorak play a stripped-down, filthy and raw style of music that incorporates elements of metal, doom, and sludge within their sound. Musically, Cyttorak can be loosely compared to bands such as Eyehategod, Buzoven, Disgusted Geist, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2017, Cyttorak have released a self-titled demo in April of 2018, and a five song EP titled Underdark Invasion From Beyond The Shadow Of The Warp in May of 2019. Simultaneous Invocation Of Apocalyptic Harbingers is the band's latest EP, which was released via Tor Johnson records on May 1st, 2020. On Simultaneous Invocation Of Apocalyptic Harbingers, Cyttorak offer up six tracks of stripped-down, filthy and raw metal, doom, and sludge. Overall, Simultaneous Invocation Of Apocalyptic Harbingers makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
