Here's a killer new split 7" featuring new songs from Portland, Oregon's Gaytheist and New Haven, CT's Gaytheist.  Gaytheist is a three piece band from Portland, Oregon who formed in 2011.  Gaytheist play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, metal, grunge, and noise rock within their sound.  Musically, Gaytheist can be loosely compared to bands such as Karp, The Rye Coalition, Torche, early Mastodon, and other like-minded bands.  Since forming in 2011, Gaytheist have released a twelve song LP titled Pentagrams Are Super in March of 2011, an eight song EP titled Rainbows Have Nothing To Hide in July of 2011, a twelve song LP titled Stealth Beats in August of 2012, a two song EP titled MANhattan in March of 2013, a twelve song LP titled Hold Me Tight...But Not So Tight in May of 2013, a split EP with BABYGURL in May of 2015, a twelve song LP titled GAY*BITS in August of 2015, a fifteen song LP titled  Let's Jam Again Soon in June of 2017, and a thirteen song LP titled How Long Have I Been On Fire in April of 2020.  On their side of the split, Gaytheist offer up two tracks of ultra heavy, raucous, hilarious, and wild sounding hardcore, punk, metal, grunge, and noise rock.  The second two tracks on this split come courtesy of Intercourse.  Intercourse is a three piece band from New Haven, CT who formed in 2014.  Intercourse play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, and noise rock within their sound.  Musically, Intercourse can be loosely compared to bands such as Deadguy, Kiss It Goodbye, Fight Amp, Some Girls, and other like-minded bands.  Since forming in 2014, Intercourse have released a self-titled seven song EP in July of 2014, a six song EP titled Enablers in April of 2016, a six song EP titled Pissing Into The Abyss in November of 2016, a split 7" with The Asound in September of 2017, a two song EP titled I Honestly Don't Care When Or How I Die Anymore in November of 2017, a full-length LP titled Everything Is Pornography When You've Got An Imagination in March of 2018, and a five song 7" titled Bum Wine in March 20th, 2019.  On their side of the split, Intercourse offer up one e track of vicious, ugly, brutal, and completely unhinged sounding hardcore, punk, and noise rock, as well as a cover of Black Flag's My War.  Overall, this is an amazing split 7"and definitely should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!  This killer split was released via Learning Curve records on May 1st, 2020.  Look for physical copies soon!
