Communal Misery is a band from Waterbury, CT who formed in 2017, from the looks of things. Communal Misery play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, crust, black metal, and d-beat within their sound. Since forming in 2017, Communal Misery have released a three song demo titled GHOULMUSIC in April of 2018, a three song EP titled Imminent Suffering in September of 2018, and a three song EP titled BrassXCityXStomp in May of 2019. This is the band's latest self-titled EP, which was released on May 1st, 2020. On their latest self-titled EP, Communal Misery offer up six tracks of killer hardcore, punk, crust, black metal, and d-beat. Overall, Communal Misery's latest EP makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
