Unfurl is a four piece band from Pittsburgh, PA who formed in 2015, from the looks of things. Unfurl play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, punk, black metal, sludge, and grindcore within their sound. Since forming in 2015, Unfurl have released a seven song LP titled Deathbed in April of 2016. The Waking Void is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released on September 20th, 2019. On The Waking Void, Unfurl offer up eleven tracks of ugly and brutal as fuck sounding post hardcore, punk, black metal, sludge, and grindcore. Overall, The Waking Void makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
