Slump is a four piece band from Richmond, Virginia who formed in 2015, from the looks of things. Slump play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of psych punk, acid punk, and garage rock within their sound. Musically, Slump can be loosely compared to bands such as Destruction Unit, Tunnels, Plastic Crimewave Syndicate, Milk Music, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2015, Slump have released a self-titled EP in September of 2016 and a split EP with True Body in May of 2019. Flashbacks From Black Dust Country is the band's debut full-length LP, which was released via Feel It records on September 26th, 2019. On Flashbacks From Black Dust Country, Slump offer up eight tracks of killer psych punk, acid punk, and garage rock. Overall, Flashbacks From Black Dust Country makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
