Scab Eater is a four piece band from Melbourne, Australia who formed in 2013, from the looks of things. Scab Eater play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, and d-beat within their sound. Musically, Scab Eater can be loosely compared to bands such as Suburbanite, Rash, Total Abuse, Shit Coffins, The Lowest Form, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2013, Scab Eater have released an eight song EP tiled Abject Flesh in October of 2013, a self-titled EP in January of 2015, and a six song EP titled Mind Trench in March of 2016. Ultra Vires is the band's latest LP, which was released via No Patience records on April 7th, 2019. On Ultra Vires, Scab Eater offer up nine tracks of ugly, negative, and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, and d-beat. Overall, Ultra Vires makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
