Overo is a four piece band from Houston, Texas who formed in 2018, from the looks of things. Overo features members of Perfect Future and Football, Etc, so going on that alone, you know you're in for something truly special. Overo play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, punk, emo, and screamo within their sound. Musically, Overo can be loosely compared to bands such as Old Gray, older Pianos Become The Teeth, Loma Prieta, Life At These Speeds, Sinaloa, and other like-minded bands. Cold Concrete./Shattered is the band's debut two song EP, which was released on January 31st, 2019. On Cold Concrete/Shattered, Overo offer up two tracks of killer post hardcore, punk, emo, and screamo. Overall, Cold Concrete/Shattered makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
