Lead Dream is a four piece band from Santa Cruz, CA who formed in 2019, from the looks of things. Lead Dream features members of Hands Of God, Jawstruck, and Gulch, so going on that alone, you know you're in for something truly special. Lead Deam play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, and metal within their sound. Musically, Lead Dream can be loosely compared to bands such as early Terror, Lowered AD, Suburban Scum, Rotting Out, Incendiary, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2019, Lead Dream have released a four song EP titled A Bullet Offers Release in March of 2019. Mortal Vices is the band's debut 12", which was released via Patient Zero records on March 9th, 2020. On Mortal Vices, Lead Dream offer up five tracks of ugly and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, and metal. Overall, Mortal Vices makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.
