Cheap Girls is a three piece band from Lansing, Michigan who formed in 2007, from the looks of things.  Cheap Girls play a melodic and infectiously catchy style of music that incorporates elements of punk, grunge, and indie rock within their.  Musically, Cheap Girls can be loosely compared to bands such as Lemonheads, Dinosaur Jr., The Replacements, California X, and Big Eyes.  Since forming in 2007, Cheap Girls have released a split 7" with Failure's Union in March of 2008, a full length LP titled Find Me A Drink Home in April of 2008, a full-length LP titled My Roaring 20's in October of 2009,  a live LP titled Barely Alive In Grand Rapids in February of 2013, and a full-length LP titled Famous Graves in May of 2014.  God's Ex-Wife is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via Asian Man records on September 16th, 2016.  On God's Ex-Wife Cheap Girls offer up twelve tracks of unreleased songs, b-sides, and compilation tracks.  Overall, God's Ex-Wife is a killer LP and should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!
