Video Filth is a four piece band from Boston, MA who formed in 2014, from the looks of things. Video Filth play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, and d-beat within their sound. Musically, Video Filth can be loosely compared to bands such as No Power, Impalers, Vaaska, Singe, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2014, Video Filth have released a digital single titled Violent Struggle in December of 2014, a digital single titled Eyes in December of 2014, a self-titled EP in August of 2016, and a split with Mutant Itch in May of 2017. Hypnosis is the band's latest EP, which was released via Dark Raids and Distracted By Reality records on January 24th, 2019. On Hypnosis, Video Filth offer up five tracks of vicious, raging, and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, and d-beat. Overall, Hypnosis makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
