Diät is a Berlin Germany based band who formed in 2012. Diät play a dark and gloomy style of music that incorporates elements of post punk and now wave within their sound/ Since forming in 2012, Diät have released a two song 7" titled Pick A Line/No Accent in June of 2012, a two song 7" titled Everyday/Hinge And Bracket in October of 2013, and an eight song LP titled Positive Energy in September of 2015. Positive Disintegration is Diät's latest full-length LP, which was released via Iron Lung records on February 22nd, 2019. On Positive Disintegration, Diät offer up eight tracks of dark, gloomy, and minimalist sounding post punk, and new wave. Overall, Positive Disintegration makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed! Highly recommended! Enjoy!
