Lift is a five piece band from Connecticut who formed in 2016. Lift play a killer style of 90's influenced metallic hardcore. Musically, Lift can be said to be influenced by bands such as Snapcase, Refused, Killing The Dream, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2016, Lift have released a two song EP titled Lessons Learned In Pain in February of 2017. The Harsh Light Of Truth is the band's latest EP, which was released on June 12th, 2018. On The Harsh Of Truth, Lift offer up three tracks of killer 90's influenced metallic hardcore. Overall, The Harsh Light Of Truth makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.
