Ashtray is a four piece band from Chicago, Illinois who formed in 2017, from the looks of things. Ashtray play a bare bones/no-frills style of hardcore/punk. Musically, Ashtray can be loosely compared to bands such as CREEM, Boston Strangler, Hounds Of Hate, Scapegoat, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2018, Ashtray have released a self-titled demo in January of 2018. Good People To Do Business With is the band's latest EP, which was released via Sob Story records on January 11th, 2019. On Good People To Do Business With, Ashtray offer up five tracks of killer bare bones/no-frills hardcore/punk.
