GUD out of Drammen, Norway play heavy sludge with stoner and doom influences. Their demo released March 9, 2026 with five Norwegian-language tracks of slow, crushing riffage. The band describes their sound as "sludge'n roll" - grinding, down-tuned heaviness with groovy stoner vibes. This is over 25 minutes of oppressive, feedback-drenched sludge-doom.

Endtimers are a two piece band from Norway who formed in 2019, from the looks of things.  Endtimers play a difficult to pigeonhole style of music that incorporates elements of post punk, alt. rock, and noise rock within their sound.  I haven't come across much about Endtimers on the internet, so I'm pretty much in the dark about them.  This appears to be the band's debut full-length LP, which was released via Sect Appeal records on June 25th, 2021.  On their self-titled debut, Endtimers offer up ten tracks of dark, moody, and discordant sounding post punk, alt. rock, and noise rock.  Overall, Endtimers' debut LP makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.  Great stuff!  Enjoy!

Barren Womb is a 2-piece band located in Trondheim, Norway. Since their inception in 2011, the nordic Noise Rock duo have been raising both eyebrows and hell with their deafening volume, heavy grooves and minimalistic approach. Bloodshot guitars are whipped together with bombastic drums to create the backdrop for doomsday prophecies and stories from the dark side of life. 'Old Money / New Lows' is their third full-length album and a jarring, mid-tempo dirge in 8 movements. Okkultokrati  is a three piece band from Oslo, Norway who formed in 2008.  Okkultokrati play a really unique style of music that somehow melds Black Sabbath and Motorhead inspired rock music with hardcore, punk, metal, and noise rock within their sound.  On paper, this style of music sounds like it would not work, but Okkultokrati somehow manages to make it work.  Since forming in 2008, Okkultokrati have released a self titled demo in 2008, a four song EP titled Knarkskog in August of 2009, a nine song LP titled No Light For The Masses in May of 2010, a five song EP titled Ingen Veit Alt in December of 2010, a nine song LP titled Snakereigns in October of 2012, and an eight song LP titled Night Jerks in August of 2014.  Raspberry Dream is the band's latest full length LP, which was released via Southern Lord records on September 30th, 2016.  On Raspberry Dream, Okkultokrati offer up eight tracks of gritty and raw sounding rock n' roll inspired hardcore, punk, metal, and noise rock.  Overall, Raspberry Dream makes for a killer listen.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!

Here's a killer split 10" featuring new tracks from Spain's Khmer and Norway's Livstid.  Khmer is a five piece band from Madrid, Spain who formed in early 2012, from the looks of things.  Khmer play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of black metal, punk, crust, and atmospheric post metal within their sound.  Since their inception in 2012, Khmer have released a five song demo in May of 2012, a split LP with After Forever in December of 2013, a ten song LP titled Nubes Que Anuncian Tormenta in November of 2014, and a two song 7" titled 7 Infernios in April of 2015.  On their side of the 10", Khmer offer up one track of dark, atmospheric, and brutal as fuck sounding black metal.  The next eight songs on this 10" come courtesy of Livstid.  Livstid is a five piece band from Bergen, Norway who formed in 2006.  Livstid play a killer style of hardcore, punk, crust, and d-beat.  Livstid cite Amebix, Kafka Prosess, Axegrinder, Anti Cimex, Svart Framtid, Asocial, Siege, Mob47, Ekkaia, Ictus, Tragedy, Extreme Noise Terror, Nausea, Disrupt, Wolfpack, and Napalm Death as influences, which definitely shows up in the band's sound and style.  Since their inception in 2011, Livstid have released a fourteen song LP in October of 2011 and a split LP with Greed in March of 2013.  On their side of the split Livstid offer up eight tracks of raging and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, crust, and d-beat.  Overall, this is an amazing LP and should not be missed.  Highly recommended! Dalla Nebbia-Felix Culpa LP (2015)

Dalla Nebbia are a four piece band from North Carolina, Minnesota, Washington, and Brazil who formed in 2010.  In addition to these four members, Dalla Nebbia also features Norwegian violinist Sareeta, who provided strings for this release.   Dalla Nebbia cite the American black metal stylings of Agalloch or Nachtmystium to the more progressive stylings of Limbonic Art or Arcturus as influences.  Dalla Nebbia also throw in elements of prog rock and doom as well, which makes for a complex sound that's difficult to pigeonhole or describe.  Felix Cupla is Dalla Nebia's latest full-length LP, which was released via Ominous Domain and Razed Soul records on September 15th, 2015.  On Felix Culpa, Dalla Nebbia offer up ten tracks of very well played atmospheric and progressive death metal that's sure to please fans of several subgenres of the underground metal scene.  Overall, Felix Culpa is a killer LP and should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!

Blood Suckers are a Oslo, Norway based band who formed in early 2013, from the looks of things.  I haven't really found much information about this band on the web, which can often be the case with completely off the radar bands such as Blood Suckers.  Blood Suckers feature members of Problems, Okkultokrati and Urbanoia, which are two band I have absolutely no clue about.  Blood Suckers play a dark and ultra-negative style of hardcore/punk that gives nods to lots of bands on Deranged and Painkiller records.  Musically, Blood Suckers can be loosely compared to bands such as Hoax, Scapegoat, Brainkiller, and Brown Sugar.  I'm not really sure when this album was released, but I think it was released in late 2014 or early 2015, seeing that Hardware records released a seven song EP back in November of 2014, which seems to be a follow-up to Crush To Dust.  On Crush To Dust, Blood Suckers offer up eight tracks of blown out, dirty, and negative as fuck sounding hardcore/punk.  Seriously, Crush To Dust is completely off the chain!  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!

Haust is a five piece band from Oslo, Norway who formed in 2009 from the looks of things.  Haust play a blown-out, dirty, gritty, and raw style of punk and noise rock.  Haust give nods to bands such as Brain Bombs, The Stooges, Jesus Lizard, Shellac, Big Black, The Cows, Hammerhead, and Drive Like Jehu in their sound.  Haust features muddy, fuzzy, and distorted guitar work.  Rhythmic basslines and pummeling drum beats add depth to the band's sound.  Rounding out the band's sound are scathing and venomous vocals that can easily fit in primitive death metal style bands.  I know this sounds like it wouldn't work on paper, but Haust somehow makes the vocal delivery work with the band's overall sound.  Bodies is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via Tiger and Fysisk Format records on March 4th, 2015.  On their latest LP, Haust offer up ten tracks of blown-out, self-destructive, and gritty as fuck sounding punk and noise rock.  Overall, Bodies is a killer album and should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!
