Slund is a band from Slovenia who formed in 2017, from the looks of things. Slund play a scathing, vicious, and brutal as fuck style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, metal, sludge, grindcore, and powerviolence within their sound. Musically, Slund can be loosely compared to bands such as Pig Destroyer, WVRM, Woundvac, Triage, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2017, Slund have released a thirteen song LP titled The Call Of Agony in February of 2017, a fourteen song LP titled Brain Dysfunction in November of 2017, a a split EP with Chikara in January of 2018, a a fourteen song LP titled If You're Angry And You Know It, Clap Your Hands in May of 2018, a split EP with Maggot Bath in August of 2018, a a split with Agatholes in August of 2018, a a thirteen song LP titled A Very Slundy Christmas in December of 2018, a a thirteen song LP titled A Lean, Mean Slundy Machine in April of 2019, a a split with Puta Malaria in April of 2019, a a split with Throatpunch in June of 2019, a a split with Sick Shit in August of 2019, a split with Pro Death Corps in August of 2019, a twenty song LP titled Slundcore Superhero in October of 2019, a split with Lycantrophy in January of 2020, a split with Suicideforce in March of 2020, a nine song EP titled Quarantined in April of 2020, and a thirty song LP titled Slund Em All in September of 2020. Slundanois is the band's latest EP, which was released on March 21st, 2021. On Slundanoid, Slund offer up 7 tracks of vicious, scathing and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, metal, sludge, grindcore, and powerviolence.
