Here's a killer split 12" featuring two covers a piece by Rugby UK's Conjurer and Nottingham, UK's Palm Reader.  Conjurer is a four piece band from Rugby, UK who formed in 2014.  Conjurer play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, punk, post metal, doom, and sludge within their sound.  Musically, Conjurer can be loosely compared to bands such as Amen Ra, Old Man Gloom, Lightbearer, and other like-minded bands.  Since forming in 2014, Conjurer have released a four song EP titled I in July of 2016 a seven song LP titled Mire in March of 2018, and a collaboration LP with Pijn titled Curse These Metal Hands in August of 2019.  On their side of the split Conjurer offer up a cover of Slipknot's Vermillon and Mastodon's Blood And Thunder.  The second side of the album comes courtesy of Palm Reader.  Palm Reader is a five piece band from Nottingham, UK who formed in 2011, from the looks of things.  Palm Reader play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of metallic hardcore, punk, and metal within their sound.  Since forming in 2011, Palm Reader have released a self-titled EP in March of 2012 and a digital single titled Always Darkest in February of 2017.  On their side of the split, Palm Reader offer up a cover of Rage Against The Machine's Tire Me and Thrice's Circles.  Conjurer's and Palm Reader's latest split LP was released via Holy Roar records on December 13th, 2019.  Overall, Conjurer's and Palm Reader's latest split 12" makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!
