MONTECHARGE is a four piece band from Genève, Switzerland who formed in 2011, from the looks of things. MONTECHARGE play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, post metal, crust, and sludge within their sound. Musically, MONTECHARGE can be loosely compared to bands such as Knut, Converge, Old Man Gloom, Cortez, Death Engine, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2011, MONTECHARGE have released a self-titled EP in March of 2012, a two song 7" in November of 2013, and a split with Feared, Dead River Runs, and Satryos titled Eternal Nightmares in August of 2014. Demons Or Someone Else is the band's debut full-length LP, which was released via WOOAAARGH records on December 27th, 2019. On Demons Or Someone Else, MONTECHARGE offer up eleven tracks of brutal as fuck sounding post hardcore, post metal, crust, and sludge. Overall, Demons Or Someone Else makes for an amazing listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
