Fixation is a four piece band from Philadelphia, PA who formed in 2016, from the looks of things. Fixation play a vicious and aggressive style of bare bones straightedge hardcore/punk. Musically, Fixation can be loosely compared to bands such as The Repos, Spine, Chokehold, Infest, Negative Approach, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2016, Fixation have released a four song EP titled Here To Watch You Break in November of 2017, and a four song digital promo in January of 2018. Marked is the band's latest EP, which was released via War records on August 10th, 2018. On Marked, Fixation offer up eight tracks of vicious and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore/punk. Overall, Marked makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
