Mess is a Vancouver, British Columbia based band who formed in early 2017, from the looks of things. Mess play a loud, discordant, and frenetic style of music that incorporates elements of punk and noise rock within their sound. Musically, Mess can be loosely compared to bands such as Whores, Childbite, Ribbonhead, Hawks, Buildings, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2017, Mess have released a cover of Black Flag's My War and Bad Brain's Attitude in September of 2017. Silver Kidney is the band's debut full-length LP, which was released on October 12th, 2017. On Silver Kidney, Mess offer up nine tracks of raw, tense, and blown-out sounding noise damaged punk. Overall, Silver Kidney makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
