Solids is a four piece band from Montreal, Canada who formed in 2009. Solids play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of punk, grunge, garage rock, and indie rock within their sound. Musically, Solids can be loosely compared to bands such as Cloud Nothings, California X, Big Eyes, and Dogs On Acid. Since forming in 2009, Solids have released a five song EP titled Generic Dogs in June of 2010, a two song 7" titled Fog Friends/B;own Out in October of 2011, a split 7" with Animal Faces in March of 2013, and a full-length LP titled Blame Confusion in February of 2014. Else is the band's latest four song EP, which was released via Topshelf, Dine Alone, and Fat Possum records on April 15th, 2016. On Else, Solids offer up Solids offer up four tracks of killer punk, grunge, and indie rock. Overall, Else makes for an amazing listen. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
