Holy shit. This is so good. Oxeneer is a three piece band from Calgary, Alberta, Canada who formed in mid to late 2014, from the looks of things. Oxeneer play a dirty and raw style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, sludge, and noise rock within their sound. Musically, Oxeneer cite Breather Resist, Anodyne, Knut, Great Falls, Keelhaul, Anion, and El Cerdo as influences, which definitely shows up in the band's sound and style. Since their formation in 2014, Oxeneer have released a self-titled two song demo in December of 2014. Worn Out is the band's debut seven song LP, which was released on cassette on April 6th, 2016. On Worn Out, Oxeneer offer up seven tracks of killer hardcore, punk, sludge, and noise rock. Overall, Worn Out is a killer LP and should not be missed. Seriously, I can't get enough of this. Enjoy!
