Endless Swarm is a four piece band from Edinburgh, Scotland who formed in 2013, from the looks of things. Endless Swarm play a blistering as fuck and completely unhinged style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, powerviolence, and grindcore within their sound. Musically, Endless Swarm can be said to be influenced by bands such as Pig Destroyer, Spazz, Left For Dead, The Swarm, and other like-minded bands. Since their formation in 2013, Endless Swarm have released a nine song cassette titled Mindkiller in September of 2013, an eleven song cassette titled Lobotomy in October of 2014, a split cassette with Brainshit in March of 2015, contributed a track to Spazzin' To The Oldies tribute to Spazz in June of 2015, a live split cassette with Brainshit in June of 2015, a fourteen song 7" titled Pointless Existence in September of 2015, a split 7" with Pavel Chekov in November of 2015, a forty seven song LP titled Discography 2013-2015 in January of 2016, a split 7" with Concussive in March of 2016, a split 5" with Lugubrious Children in April of 2016, a split 7" with Gay Panic Defence in July of 2016, a split 7" with Gets Worse in October of 2016, a split with Forged in April of 2017, contributed a track to the Crossed Out Tribute Compilation in April of 2017, contributed a song to the Lack Of Interest tribute compilation in November of 2017, and a split 7" with Disparo in November of 2017. Imprisoned in Skin is the band's latest LP, which was released via Dead Heroes, PSYCHOCONTROL, Let The Bastards Grind, Loner Cult, Drinkin' Beer In Bandana, and Coxinha Records on August 4th, 2019 and will be available in physical format soon via Mind Ripper Collective, Attention Deficit Grindcore Disorder, and Rad Nauseam Records. On Imprisioned In Skin, Endless Swarm tear their way through nineteen tracks in a little over sixteen minutes, so going on that alone, you know you're about to get your ass handed to you in a major way. Overall, Imprisoned In Skin absolutely shreds and should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
