Youth Assassin is a two piece band from Boise, Idaho who formed in 2019, from the looks of things. Youth Assassin play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of punk, grunge, noise rock, and garage rock within their sound. Musically, Youth Assassin can be loosely be compared to bands such as Drive Like Jehu, Hot Snakes, Salvation, Cutthroats 9, Exhalants, and other like-minded bands. Dredge is the band's debut EP, which was released on February 9th, 2020. On Dredge, Youth Assassin offer up six tracks of killer punk, grunge, noise rock, and garage rock. Overall, Dredge makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
