Holy Death is a three piece from Los Angeles, CA who formed in 2018, from the looks of things. Holy Death play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of doom, metal, and sludge within their sound. Musically, Holy Death can be loosely compared to bands such as Eyehategod, Hollow Leg, Junior Bruce, Xibalba, Hell, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2018, Holy Death have released a four song EP titled MMXIX in October of 2019 and a digital single titled Pound Ov Flesh in January of 2020. Supreme Metaphysical Violence is the band's latest EP, which was released on February 21st, 2020. On Supreme Metaphysical Violence, Holy Death offer up five tracks of oppressive and brutal as fuck sounding doom, metal, and sludge. Overall, Supreme Metaphysical Violence makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
