Violet Cold is an experimental music project from Baku, Azerbaijan who began performing under the moniker Violet Cold in 2015. Violet Cold play a dreamy, haunting, and at times, brutal as fuck style of music that incorporates elements of post rock, black metal, post metal, blackgaze, and shoegaze within their sound. Since 2015, Violet Cold have released 48 singles, splits, EPs, and albums. Empire Of Love is Violet Cold's latest full-length LP, which was released on May 7th, 2021. On Empire Of Love, Violet Cold offer up eight tracks of dreamy, atmospheric, and brutal as fuck sounding post rock, post metal, black metal, blackgaze, and shoegaze.
