Here's a killer split 7" featuring music from Cambridge, MA's The Proselyte and St. Petersburg Fla's Flying Snakes.  The Proselyte is a three piece band from MA who formed in 2011.  The Proselyte play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, grunge, sludge, and stoner rock within their sound.  Since their inception in 2011, The Proselyte have released a nine song LP titled Sunshine in September of 2011 and a five song 12" titled Our Vessel's In Need in August of 2014.  On their side of the split, The Proselyte offer one track of sludge, grunge, and stoner rock influenced post hardcore.  The second song on the split comes courtesy of Flying Snakes.  Flying Snakes is a four piece band from St. Petersburg, Fla. who formed in 2009.  Flying Snakes play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, crust, and d-beat within their sound.  Since their inception in 2009, Flying Snakes have released an eight song LP titled Bludgeoning Frequency in July of 2009, and a four song EP titled Despondency in February of 2012.  On their side of the split, Flying Snakes offer up one track of brutal as fuck sounding crust tinged hardcore.  Overall, this is a killer split and should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!
