LVTHN is a six piece band from Belgium who formed in 2013. LVTHN play a filthy, raw, and heavy as fuck sounding style of music that incorporates elements of black metal, doom, and sludge within their sound. Musically, LVTHN can be loosely compared to bands such as Altar Of Plagues, Ancestors, Moloch, Liturgy, and Hexis. Since their inception in 2014, LVTHN have released a demo tape/7" Adversarialism in 2014, a split 7" with Lluvia titled Illuminantes Tenebrae in 2014, a track for the Grand Uncreation compilation cd in 2014, and rehearsal tape titled Ascension into the Palace of the Dark Gods in 2014. Eradication of Nescience is the band's debut eight song full-length LP, which was released through Fallen Empire and Amor Fati records on February 21st, 2016. On Eradication of Nescience, LVTHN offer up eight tracks of oppressive, bleak, and raw sounding black metal, doom, and sludge. Overall, Eradication of Nescience is a killer LP and should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
