USA Nails is a four piece band from London, UK who formed in 2013, from the looks of things. USA Nails play a tense, urgent, and discordant style of music that incorporates elements of punk, post punk, and noise rock within their sound. Musically, USA Nails can be loosely compared to bands such as No Age, Future Of The Left, Ten Volt Shock, Sonic Youth, Big Black, and Shellac. Since forming in 2013, USA Nails have appeared on the Rip This Joint Volume One compilation in November of 2014, have released a ten song LP titled Sonic Moist in November of 2014, a ten song LP titled No Pleasure in February of 2016, and a two song 7" titled Stuck For Inspiration/Oven Degreaser Lisa in December of 2016. Shame Spiral is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via Bigout and Hominid Sounds records on June 15th, 2017. On Shame Spiral, USA Nails offer up ten tracks of tense, urgent, and off-kilter sound punk, kraut rock flavored post punk, and noise rock. Overall, Shame Spiral is a killer album and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
