Robinson was a band from Ohio who existed from 2005-2006.  Robinson play a chaotic, volatile, and completely unhinged styleof music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, screamo, metal, emoviolence, and grindcore within their sound.  Musically, Robinson can be loosely compared to bands such as The Great Redneck Hope, Ed Gein, Advocate, Love But Not Forgotten, .Gif From God, and other like-minded bands.  The Great City was initially released via  Debello Recordings back and 2006.  Wax Vessel records repressed this album and re-released it on October 20th, 2019.  Zegema Beach records will be partnering with Wax Vessel to distribute the album.  On The Great City, Robinson offer up ten tracks of chaotic, scathing, and volatile sounding hardcore, punk, metal, screamo, grindcore, emoviolence, and noisecore.  Overall, The Great City makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!
