Bolt Gun is a four piece band from Fremantle, Australia who formed in 2013, from the looks of things. Bolt Gun play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post metal, post rock, doom, and noise within their sound. Since forming in 2013, Bolt Gun have released a digital single titled Exit As A Swarm in August of 2014, a three song EP titled Iron Surgeon in July of 2015, a two song LP titled Man Is Wolf To Man in November of 2017, and a split EP with Uboa in June of 2019. Begotten is the band's latest LP, which was released via Art Is Catharsis records on April 3rd, 2020. On Begotten, Bolt Gun offer up eight tracks of killer post metal, post rock, doom, and noise. Overall, Begotten makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
