Here's a killer new split featuring music from Russia's Toluca and Texas based Funeralbloom. Toluca is a band from Москва, Russian Federation, who formed in 2012, from the looks of things. Toluca play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of black gaze, black metal, and post metal within their sound. Since forming in 2012, Toluca have released a five song EP titled Act I in Ocober of 2012, a seven song LP titled Memoria in March of 2014, and an eight song LP titled Darvo in May on 2016. On their side of the split, Toluca offer up one track of killer blackgaze, black metal, and post metal. Funerbloom is a five piece band from Austin, Dallas, and Houston, Texas who formed in 2014. Funeralbloom play a ambient, atmospheric, and dark style of music that incorporates elements of shoegaze, black metal, and post metal within their sound. Since forming in 2014, Funeralbloom have released a four song album titled Petals in August of 2014 and a two song EP titled The Romance Of Crime/Your Beautiful Bones in February of 2017. On their side of the split, Funeralbloom offer up one track of dark, moody, gloomy, and atmospheric shoegaze, black metal, and post metal.
