Leatherneck is a four piece band from Cheshire, United Kingdom who formed in early 2015 from the looks of things. Leatherneck play a great style of music that incorporates elements of punk, emo, and indie rock within their sound. Musically, Leatherneck can be said to be influenced by bands such as The Casket Lottery, The Honor System, Hey Mercedes, Have Mercy, and older Pity Sex. Since their inception in early 2015, Leatherneck have released a two song EP titled Keep Me Awake in May of 2015. Monochrome/Derailed is Leatherneck's 2nd two song 7", which was released via FITA records on November 6th, 2015. On Monochrome/Derailed, Leatherneck offer up two songs of moody punk, emo, an indie rock that's sure to please fans of Prawn, Basement, and Have Mercy. Great stuff. Enjoy!
