Grip is a three piece band from Philadelphia, PA who formed in the fall of 2014. Grip play a killer style of heavy and at times, atmospheric style of music the incorporates elements of post hardcore, noise rock, and sludge within their sound. Musically, Grip can be said to be influenced by bands such as Slint, Unwound, Sloths, Fell To Low, and the Appleseed Cast during the band's quieter moments. Wolves/Fawn is Grip's latest five song demo, which was released on October 31st, 2015. On Wolves/Fawn, Grip offer up five tracks of tense and discordant as fuck sounding post hardcore, noise rock, and sludge. Overall, Wolves/Fawn is a killer EP. Enjoy!
