Holy shit.  This totally rips.  I totally had to give this album a review after getting a request to give this album a review back in February.  I'm totally kicking myself for not giving this album a listen sooner. Clover is a three piece band from Kingston, NY who formed in late 2010.  Clover play a brutal, dark, and menacing style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, metal, and sludge within their sound.  Musically, Clover can be said to be influenced by bands such as Achilles, Botch, Coalesce, Engineer, as well as newer bands such as Divider and Heiress.  Since their inception in 2010, Clover have released a four song EP titled Sea Of Red in April of 2011, a split LP with Stairwell Sea titled Between Dogs And Wolves in February of 2012, a split LP with Afterhours in October of 2012, and a ten song LP titled Vultures in January of 2014.  Exile is the band's latest full-length LP, which is slated for release via Manic Progression records on April 5th, 2016.  On Exile, Clover offer up eight tracks of metallic mid-tempo hardcore, punk, metal, and sludge.  Overall, Exile is a killer LP and should not be missed and Clover is an absolute must list for fans of Hanging Like A Hex records style bands.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!
