Another Heaven is a three piece band from Minneapolis, Minnesota who formed in 2012, from the looks of things. Formerly known as Hollow Boys, Another Heaven play a dark, heavy, hazy and dreamy style of music that incorporates elements of post metal, alt. rock, doom, and shoegaze within their sound. Musically, Another Heaven can be loosely compared to bands such as Holy Fawn, Kindling, Lacing, Hum, True Widow, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2012, Another Heaven have released thirteen EPs, Singles, and full-length LPs. Musically, ROT can be loosely compared to bands such as Ruiner, Everything Went Black, Rise And Fall, Axis, The Hope Conspiracy, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2018, ROT have released a two song EP titled Nothing's Changed in January of 2019 and a digital single titled Spirit in August of 2020. As One is the band's debut full-length LP, which was released via War Against records on September 4th, 2020. Damn. You've got to check out this latest 7-song release from Minneapolis, Minnesota's Wanderer. It's twenty minutes of interesting, dark and blistering hardcore. But more than anything, this shit is PISSED OFF. I'm loving the production and the vocals on this, plus the Trap Them-esque guitar tone and hooks don't hurt either. Do yourself a favor and check this out.

Prey For Death is a one man hardcore, punk, grindcore, powerviolence project from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Morgan Carpenter is the man behind this truly vicious one man musical terrorist unit. Prey For Death cite Scandinavian grindcore, 90's West Coast American extreme hardcore, and Japanese raw noise as influences, which definitely shows up in Prey For Death's sound. Morgan also cites Crossed Out, Rotten Sound, and No Comment as other influences as well. Swine Genetics is Prey For Death's debut thirteen song EP. On Swine Genetics, Prey For Death tear through thirteen tracks of music in about seven minutes, so by going on that alone, you know this EP absolutely smokes. Overall, Swine Genetics is on brutal as fuck sounding EP and is definitely worth your attention. Great stuff!!!
