Old Coffins is a three piece band from Wichita, Kansas who formed in 2017. Old Coffins play a killer style of occult themed post punk, punk, grunge, and noise rock. Old Coffins cite Nirvana, Joy Division, Skinny Puppy, Brainiac, Smashing Pumpkins, Whores, and Helmet which definitely shows up in the band's sound and style. Since forming in 2017, Old Coffins have released a six song EP titled Transparents in March of 2020, a seven song EP titled Come See About Your Future in October of 2020, and a digital single titled The Surgeon in February of 2021. Fun Control is the band's latest EP, which was released on February 19th, 2021. On Fun Control, Old Coffins offer up four tracks of killer occult themed post punk, punk, grunge, and noise rock. Overall, Fun Control makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Great stuff! Enjoy!
