Heinous  is a three piece band from Phoenix, Arizona who formed in 2015, from the looks of things.  Heinous play a vicious and brutal as fuck style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, metal, and grindcore within their sound.  Musically, Heinous can be loosely compared to bands such as WVRM, Deathrite, Nails, Woundvac, and other like-minded bands.  Since forming in 2015, Heinous have released a seven song EP titled Gore From The Gutter in December of 2016, a five song EP titled Exoneration Thru Exhumation in May of 2017, a five song EP titled Four Under The Floor in August of 2017, and a cover of Unholy Grave's Broken Into Pieces in July of 2018.  The Basement is the band's latest EP, which was released via MES records on July 17th, 2018.  On The Basement, Heinous offer up fifteen tracks of vicious, chaotic, and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, metal, and grindcore.  Overall, The Basement makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed.  Highly recommended!
