Dustwun is a four piece band from Philadelphia, PA who formed in August of 2016.  Dustwun play a dirty and vicious style of music that incorporates elements of post metal, doom, and sludge within their sound.  Musically, Dustwun can be said to be influenced by band such as Threadbare, Playing Enemy, Eyehategod, Buzzoven, and other like-minded bands.  This is the band's debut three song demo, which was released on June 15th, 2017.  On their debut demo, Dustwun offer up three tracks of raw, dirty, vicious, and brutal as fuck sounding post metal, doom, and sludge.  Overall, this is a killer demo and definitely worth checking out.  Great stuff!  Enjoy!

Swells is a three piece band from Denver, Colorado who formed in January of 2010.  Swells play a chaotic and volatile style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, and screamo within their sound.  Musically, Swells can be loosely compared to bands such as Capacities, Pg. 99, Gospel, Coma Regalia, and Malady,  Since their inception in 2010, Swells have released an eight song LP titled Ride The Waterfall in December of 2010, a seven song LP titled Illuminated Levels in December of 2011, a six song LP titled Refraction/Incarnation in February of 2013, split with Orphans in September of 2013, a split with Gaff in February of 2015, and a split with Marcy in April of 2015.  This is the band's latest four song EP, which was released on August 19th, 2017.  On their latest EP, Swells offer up four tracks of dark, chaotic, volatile, and tense sounding hardcore, punk, and screamo.  Overall, this is a killer EP and definitely should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!

*This is some seriously awesome noise rock.  I'm seriously kicking myself for having my head up my ass as far as not checking out Multicult and Power Take Off before this 7".  Both bands offer up some ferocious sounding punk fueled noise rock that's an absolute must listen for fans of Whores, War Brides, Hawks, and Buildings.  Highly recommended!  This brutal slab of wax was released via Learning Curve records on June 15th, 2016.
