Suffering Quota is a four piece band from Groningen, Holland who formed in 2009. Suffering Quota play a blistering, caustic, volatile, and completely unhinged style of music that mixes equal parts hardcore, punk, grindcore, and powerviolence wihin their sound. Since their inception in 2009, Suffering Quota have released a five song demo in August of 2011, a split 7" with Grinding Halt in February of 2012, a self-titled LP in February of 2014, and a split with My Minds Mine in Mayof 2017. Life In Disgust is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via Loner Cult, Dawnbreed, Mono Canibal, and 7 Degrees records on November 2nd, 2018. On Life In Disgust, Suffering Quota offer up twelve tracks of blistering hardcore, punk, grindcore, and powerviolence. Overall, Life In Disgust totally kicks ass and should not be missed.
