Null is a four piece band from Birmingham, Alabama who formed in 2014, from the looks of things.  Null features former members of Coliseum, so going on that alone, you know you're in for some really amazing music.  Null play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post punk, death rock, and grunge within their sound.  Null's music has a cool, trippy and hazy/psychedelic vibe, which gives the band a somber, dark, and gloomy vibe.  Musically, Null can be loosely compared to bands such as All The Saints, Destruction Unit, and True Widow.  Since forming in 2014, Null has released a four song EP titled Fringe Existence in January of 2014, a six song LP titled Sleepwalking Days in March of 2016, a split 7" with Self Defense Family in May of 2016, and contributed a song to the Old Is The New New: Karate Tribute compilation in April of 2017.  Act Of Love is the band's latest LP, which is slated for release via Hex records on September 21st, 2018.  On Act Of Love, Null offers up eight tracks of killer post punk, grunge, and death rock.  Overall, Act Of Love makes for an amazing listen and definitely should not be missed.  Highly recommended!  Enjoy!

On this split effort, SDF augment their ever-growing catalog of output with another melancholy and affecting tune. Combining melody, repetition, and offset male and female vocals with varied instrumentation; this song continues their history of creativity in an often generic musical landscape.
