God Mother is a five piece band from Stockholm, Sweden who formed in 2013, from the looks of things. God Mother play a chaotic, brutal, and vicious as fuck style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, black metal, crust, sludge, and grindcore within their sound. Musically, God Mother can be loosely compared to bands such as SVFFER, Employed To Serve, Trap Them, Nails, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2013, God Mother have released a four song EP titled Imitation in April of 2013, a two song EP titled Inga Budskap in July of 2013, a two song EP titled Blodfors in February of 2015, and a fourteen song LP titled Maklbehov in March of 2015. Vilseledd is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via Party Smasher Inc. on October 20th, 2017. On Vilseledd, God Mother offer up fourteen tracks of chaotic, volatile, and brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, black metal, crust, sludge, and grindcore.
