Florida Man is a four piece band from Charleston, South Carolina who formed in 2016, from the looks of things. Florida Man play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, punk, grunge, and noise rock within their sound. Musically, Florida Man can be loosely compared to bands such as Hot Snakes, Settle Down City era Young Widows, These Arms Are Snakes, Sweet Cobra, Whores, Unsane, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2016, Florida Man have released a self-titled LP in May of 2017. Tropical Depression is the band's latest full-length LP, which was released via Spartan records on May 3rd, 2019. On Tropical Depression, Florida Man offer up eight songs of brutal as fuck sounding post hardcore, punk, grunge, and noise rock. Overall, Tropical Depression makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
