I posted about this band a few days ago, and I just realized that they actually had a ton of releases in November. And I'm not talking about singles, I mean full blown EP-length releases. Like I mentioned previously, I can't find any social media, or any info really on this band, so I'm just going to drop all these here. I have no idea if these are all new and actually done this month, or old shit. But either way, it's good. Enjoy?

Sixes is a 4-piece band located in Los Angeles, CA which formed in early 2016. 'Methistopheles' is their debut full-length album released through Black Bow Records on march 01, 2018. Sixes play aggressively depressing and angry Sludge mixed with some Blackened Doom elements. As the album cover provides, the title is a pun based on Mephistopheles (short: Mephisto), a demon who originally appears in the german Faust legend. The artwork is originally a litography by the french painter Eugène Delacroix who lived in the 19th century, now modified and redesigned by Ryan Bartlett to include the demon smoking a meth pipe. 'Methistopheles' is spawned by the band's main credo 'Worship Amps, Drugs & Satan - Not Gods!' and will see additional releases on multiple formats via Poisoned Mind Records, Forbidden Place Records and Medusa Crush Recordings in the near future. Until now it's just released in digital format. Don't miss this beast, it's a killer album.! Highly recommended.!!
