Seraph/The Light is a three song band from Memphis, Tennessee who formed in 2012, from the looks of things. Seraph/The Light play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of post hardcore, alt.metal, punk, doom, sludge, and noise rock within their sound. Musically, Seraph/The Light can be said to be influenced by bands such as Defones, Failure, Old Man Gloom, Amen Ra, Yashira, Playing Enemy,Great Falls, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2012, Seraph/The Light have released a ten song LP titled The Stages Of Fading Away in July of 2013 and a four song EP titled Let Me Go in December of 2015. Scratches On The Bone is the band's latest EP, which was released on September 18th, 2020. On Scratches On The Bone, Seraph/The Light offer up three tracks of killer post hardcore, alt. metal, punk, doom, sludge, and noise rock. Overall, Scratches On The Bone makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
