The Criminal World is a three piece band from Portland, Oregon who formed in 2016, from the looks of things. The Criminal World features members of Soft Kill, so going on that alone, you know you're in for a special treat. The Criminal World plays a killer style of music that incorporates elements of gothy post punk, punk, brit pop, and doomy shoegaze within their sound. Since forming in 2016, The Criminal World have released a four song EP titled Pure Vory in September of 2016. We Spilled Blood For The Money is the band's latest 12", which was released via Cercle Social records on May 29th, 2020. On We Spilled Blood For The Money, The Criminal World offer up five tracks of gloomy and moody sounding post punk, punk, brit pop, and doomy shoegaze.
