Consumer is a three piece band from Catania, Italy who formed in 2018. Consumer play a killer style of music that incorporates elements of black metal, doom, and sludge within their sound. Musically, Consumer can be loosely compared to bands such as Churchburn, Come To Grief, Tomb Mold, Scorched, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2018, Consumer have released a digital single titled Solicitous in November of 2019. This is the band's debut EP, which was released via Outbreak, Mothership, Boned, Nut, and Impeto records on April 3rd, 2020. On their self-titled debut, Consumer offer up three tracks of ugly, oppressive, and brutal as fuck sounding black metal, doom, and sludge. Overall, Consumer's debut EP makes for an awesome listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
