The Virgin Birth is a two piece band from Tampa, Florida who formed in the winter of 2016, from the looks of things. The Virgin Birth play a vicious and brutal as fuck style of music that incorporates elements of hardcore, punk, crust, grindcore, and metal within their sound. Musically, The Virgin Birth can be loosely compared to bands such as Empty Vessels, SVFFER, Baptists, WVRM, and other like-minded bands. Since forming in 2016, The Virgin Birth have released a three song EP titled Labor Pains in April of 2015. Collection 3: The Devil's Breath is the band's latest EP, which was released on August 15th, 2017. On Collection 3: The Devil's Breath, The Virgin Birth offer up four tracks of brutal as fuck sounding hardcore, punk, crust, and grindcore. Overall, Collection 3: The Devil's Breath makes for a killer listen and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
